Our office operates Monday to Saturday.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed for same-day pickup by our courier whenever possible.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day and scheduled for the next available courier pickup.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Courier pickup: Same day or the next business day, depending on the time your order is placed.

• Delivery: Once picked up by the courier, orders are typically delivered the following business day within the UAE.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UAE: 1–3 business days

• GCC & Middle East: 3–5 business days

• International (Portugal, USA, Canada, UK): 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Any applicable fees are determined by your country's customs authority and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
